At around one hundred years old this timber cladding is still reasonably sound apart from the bottoms which would have sat in snow during winter and subsequently have rotted a little ..!
Looking inside this historic hut there were twelve bunks all made out of sacking,,, imagine twelve fellows all squeezed into this space for weeks on end..! Home sweet Home..!
