A lovely morning scene at St James in the Fowlers hut horse paddock, at the end of a couple days trekking through this area, with Shae in the lighter coloured horse cover and Lofty in the darker, up to their knees in grass…the sun is shining, the weather calm and warm…
After our breakfast, having spent the last night in the hut here, we packed up, loaded the horses onto the float and headed for the “big smoke” ( Kiwi term for home..)
