Bolted out the Door..!

“Bolted out the Door”…! Southland, NZ

Traveling thru rural Southland, we came upon this massive two or even three stories historic woolshed that although in a semi derelict state, still showed all its working attributes of its hey day..

We stopped and went to ask permission to photograph aspect of this shed to be met by a lovely elderly farmer.. possibly too old to farm yet still living on his own patch so to speak..

He said not to go up on any of the other levels in the shed as its not safe to do so but you are welcome to any other photographic subject matter..

We love the colour hues and the old workings which go together to make up this scene..
