The North Canterbury area really lends itself to wine producing with much of this area becoming very dry mid summer with hot prevailing winds, along with rich fertile soils..
We had been asked to do a photo shoot by one producer, as an over view of their industry and while on location and in the the area we also were able to capture quite a number of stunning vineyard related images for our own use..
The colour contrast between the dry brown surrounding countryside coupled with the bright green of the vine rows and then blue skies makes for a great combined vista..
