The typical old scenario….. batteries not got much life, so out with the crank handle, wind it over by hand… most times she will fire up but now and then she wants to stay put, so will perhaps cough and run for half a second before stopping, a repeat on the crank handle as the drivers blood pressure rises , to a repeat of a cough and not much else… its best to leave her for ten minutes , then sneak up when shes not looking grab that darn crank handle and give it “what ho”, and….. if you are lucky,, half a turn and she will be purring like a kitten…!
